Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green, who separated last year, continue to consciously uncouple from their Los Angeles real estate holdings. They sold their home in Toluca Lake earlier this year. More recently, they found a buyer who paid $1.25 million for their Sherman Oaks residence, the Los Angeles Times reports. They made a profit off the property, which they purchased in 2012 from a trust for only $899,000. The one-story, three-bedroom home, rebuilt in 2007, has a master suite with vaulted ceiling that opens to a koi pond with a waterfall. Brenda Catalano of Coldwell Banker was the listing agent. Alan Taylor of John Aaroe Group represented the buyer.
